Where Your Surgery Will Be Performed

Type of Anesthesia to be Given
Rhinoplasty surgery is performed under general anesthesia. So you will be fully asleep during the surgery. Your detailed examination is performed by an anesthesiologist before the surgery and your examinations are evaluated.
Your surgery
Aesthetic nose surgeries last between 1-2 hours, although it varies depending on whether there is a breathing problem or a change in the nose. In aesthetic nose surgeries, the nasal cartilage, skin and bone structure are separated from each other and reshaped. All of these processes vary according to the problems that need to be solved in the nose.

Tampons vary according to whether the process of eliminating the breathing problem, which we call septoplasty, is included in aesthetic nose surgery, but it is taken on the 2nd or 7th day.
After Aesthetic Nose Surgery
After aesthetic nose surgery, swelling and bruises in your eyes will increase for the first 48 hours and not every patient, then gradually decrease after the 2nd day. It is recommended to apply cold compresses as much as possible for the first 48 hours so that there is no increase in swelling and bruises or if there is less swelling and bruising. Just as the recovery time varies from person to person, the formation of swelling and bruises and their recovery time vary.
For the first few days, you may feel heaviness and mild headaches on your face. Painkillers are usually controlled during this period. Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty
Non-surgical rhinoplasty is an alternative method for patients who are afraid of having nose surgery or have deformities too small that are not worth surgery. It is basically available in two methods. First, by using the rope suspension method, the height of the tip of the nose can be increased and the visibility of the nasal arch can be reduced.
Permanent or self-melting ropes may be preferred according to the type of rope to be used without surgery. This method can be applied with the right patient selection, it is not a suitable method for everyone. Although permanent ones are preferred as ropes in non-surgical rhinoplasty, the application is not permanent. The average duration of action varies between 6 months and 2 years.
The second method is filling applications. It is more preferred in non-surgical rhinoplasty. Again, filling applications can be made using permanent or self-melting fillings.
Fillings with self-melting hyaluronic acid content are preferred. In non-surgical rhinoplasty, the height of the tip of the nose can be increased with fillings and the visibility of the nasal arch can be reduced.
Relative nose length shortening or elongation can be achieved. The aim of fillings is based on the logic of camouflaging the area that poses problems in the nose, not to destroy it. They are simple applications. It is a procedure of approximately 10 minutes using a cannula with local anesthetic creams.
The desired effect can be increased according to the amount of filling. The effect is observed immediately and lasts up to 1 or 2 years, although it varies according to the life of the filling. They are usually smooth, simple applications in properly selected patients and in good hands.
Nose Tip Aesthetics
Aesthetic nose surgeries are planned and applied as a whole to include all parts of the nose. The only complaints of some patients may be the low and width of the tip of the nose.
